Ultrasonic degreasing

Ultrasonic cleaning method is based on exposing the solutions to ultrasonic vibrations, in industrial practice it means a frequency range from 20 kHz to 50 kHz. This not only significantly accelerates the process, but also provides high degree of cleaning of the surfaces of the cleaned parts, eliminates manual work and flammable and toxic solutions.

Ultrasonic cleaning technology is widely used in surface preparation in the intermediary and final processes of the production cycle as well as in service and maintenance of the equipment and tools.

Examples of industrial applications: cleaning before powder painting, galvanising, degreasing after hardening, regeneration of mesh filter, cleaning of polishing paste, cleaning coolers, heat exchangers, cleaning small castings, moulds, drawing dies ect.
